WebAug 21, 2024 · Without flaws, Dragonwrought Kobolds can't qualify for the good PrCs until high level at which point their +2 sorcerer spellcasting doesn't do jack for PrC qualification. I mean I can see them being better than everything with flaws but without flaws I just see a base 20 sorcerer with a couple unspectacular prc levels. So help me out here.
