I don´t know if it was the 1.3.1 firmware or what, but past 2 weeks my fans do this constantly even when on login screen: Spin on for 1-2 sec >stop for 2 sec > spin on 1-2 sec >stop for 2 sec>spin and keeps on for 10s>stop. And repeat all over again. And this goes on and on and on.
